Any type of property in any condition is considered from single family homes, duplexes, apartment blocks, condo’s etc.
Do you pay cash?
Yes, all offers are for a cash purchase and we can usually close very quickly to get you paid for your property in the shortest possible time frame.
Does it take long to close?
No, unlike a typical purchase that normally takes a number of weeks if everything goes smoothly, with Goldie this will be a cash purchase with minimal contingencies and therefore we don’t have a lot of the typical hoops to go through. We can usually close within a couple of weeks or less! If you do need more time, you can pick the closing date.
Do I need to make any repairs?
We will take care of any repairs, and buy your property in an AS-IS condition.
Do I have to pay any commissions?
You never pay a commission unless your property is already listed with a real estate agent.
